Refunds and cancellation policy
We don’t ask for any contracts because we are performance based. If we’re doing a great job, we know you will continue to use our services. If we are not providing you with excellent services, we give you the opportunity to cancel, without a contract. Just send us an email, telling us you will no longer be using our services, and giving your 24 hour’s cancelation notice. Our services and billing will end 15 days after the next billing cycle. First97days does not offer refunds but if you are not interested in using our services, we ask for a 15 days’ notice from the next billing period. Once you give your 24 hour’s notice, our services stop after the next billing cycle.
Compliance with the children’s online privacy protection act
Young children’s privacy should be protected at all costs. To protect the privacy of those under 13, our site does not knowingly collect or maintain information on anyone under 13, and no part of it is designed to attract anyone under 13.
Collection of personal and non-personal identification information
In order to provide you with a high level of service, we may request the following categories of personal identification information from users: name, email address, mailing address, IP address, telephone number, signature, account name, driver’s licence or other state identification number, passport number, and credit card information.
Additionally, we may collect non-personal information about Users’ internet activity, which may include: the type of browser and computer, the operating system, the internet service provider, the browsing history, the search history, and other information related to the User’s interaction with the website or application.

As of right now, we do not respond to browser requests to “do not track.”

In some cases, we use third-party service providers for ex- top-rated freelancers from reputed service provider websites to help us run our business, like sending out newsletters and surveys.
